What This Program Is Built To Do
Over 8 weeks, athletes will: Install a personalized pre-game routine. Learn and automate a 10-second reset protocol. Improve emotional regulation under pressure. Maintain focus for full competitions. Respond constructively to coach feedback. Build visible composure after mistakes.

What to Expect
Each athlete receives: Weekly live group performance sessions. Structured curriculum progression. Performance scorecards and tracking. Sport- and position-specific behavior metrics.
